Our Story

Nutrition by Nature Kombucha was created by the desire to get back to basic's , unearth the natural remedies and natural foods that have allowed people to live to the present day.  
Life isn't complex unless we make it so.  

I  created Nutrition by Nature in 2014 after years of global cooking as a chef on Superyachts, I became land-based and studied Naturopathy which progressed into studying my passion Nutritional Science.  I believe in a  holistic nutritional approach, the whole person not just the food intake but mind, body and spirit balance. 

Nutrition by Nature Kombucha is wildly fermented using genuine authentic practices that have been used for thousands of years, in doing so Nutrition by Nature Kombucha has a non-sweet flavour but rather tart or sour taste.  This is an integral part of Kombucha as this shows that authentic methods of brewing have been used to give you a superior product.


Nutrition by Nature Kombucha is handcrafted in the beautiful Magical Mangawhai Heads, New Zealand.  


To keep the integrity of Nutrition by Nature Kombucha we only brew in small batches to maintain quality so stocks are limited.
